Walk directly to your ball; don't follow others unless assisting in a search
If riding, take several clubs with you to your ball so you won't have to walk back to the cart
Be ready to play when it is your turn
Be efficient with your pre-shot routine Take only one practice swing
Line up your putt when others are putting and be ready to play when it is your turn
Exit putting green promptly
after holing out
Leave yur clubs on the side of the putting green towards the next tee
Play a provisional ball if you think the original might be lost outside of a water hazard or out of bounds

Saddle Rock-Murphy Creek Men's Club consists of members from Saddle Rock Golf Course and Murphy Creek Golf Course. Saddle Rock has been a host site for the Colorado Ope and the CGA Stroke Play Championship. Murphy Creek has been a host site for the U.S. Amateur Qualitying; the CGA Stroke Play Championship; the 2008 U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship; and is the current host site for the Aurora Amateur. Both courses are entertaining, challengeing, and of championship caliber. We are fortunate to be playing two of the more challenging courses in the Denver metro area, if not in the state.
There will be fourteen tournaments held throughout the season - April to October. The tournaments will alternate between each course with each course hosting seven tournaments. The tournaments feature a variety of team and individual formats - Best Ball, Stableford, Scotch, Low Gross-Low Net, Match Play and the Club Championship. The Club Championship will be held over two days, alternating courses each day. |
